The funeral homes listed below are our most reliable source of support by participating in our Memorial Program. They make a donation to the Children's Grief Connection based on a pledged amount for each family their funeral home serves. We send each family a letter acknowledging the donation made in memory of their loved one and telling them about the Children's Grief Connection programs.
