Children's Grief Connection, formerly known as Camp Amanda-Minnesota is a nonprofit organization providing grief programs for children and teens in partnership with Minnesota's funeral directors.
Founded and supported by members of the Minnesota Funeral Directors Association the Children's Grief Connection provides all its services and programs FREE of charge.
At the Children's Grief Connection of Minnesota our mission is to bring hope and healing to Minnesota's grieving children.
Our next Hearts of Hope Camp and Teen Retreat AND Family Grief Connection program will be April 21 & 22, 2012 at Big Sandy Camp near McGregor, Minnesota.

Healing from grief is a community effort, grief shared is grief spared.
Through our Healing Hearts Blog we will keep you aware of what is happening with the Children's Grief Connection of Minnesota. We will inform and educate you on children's grief, we will support each other with advice, counsel, sympathy and understanding, because we've been there - and most of all, we hope to help you heal the heart broken in grief when a loved one dies.
Frigid Fun and Frolic 2012
It's that time again; time for Children's Grief Connection's signature fundraising event - Frigid Fun and Frolic. Enjoy a full day of fun activities with friends all to support grieving children! Begin your day on Lake Waconia with our third annual Plunge, raise pledges and step up to the refreshing (hahahah) water and take the plunge OR choose your club of choice and Putt your way into winning the Golden Putter award. Follow that up with an elegant pub crawl on Block E in Minneapolis as the King and Queen lead the way beginning at Hubert's Target Center, ending at Kieran's Titanic Room with a treasure of free gifts, a silent auction and live auction.
